Ingredients (serves 2):  200g chicken breast, diced  1 tsp chopped garlic  1 tsp chopped ginger  1 tbsp tikka seasoning (10g) 1 tbsp tikka paste (30g) 1 tbsp lemon juice 60g fat free greek yoghurt  A couple of drops of red food colouring (optional - just for colour purposes)  200g frozen fries  2 mini garlic coriander naan  100g shredded lettuce  6 cherry tomatoes quartered  75g cucumber diced  ½ small red onion sliced Garlic sauce:  60g fat free greek yoghurt  Tbsp lemon juice  ½ tsp chopped garlic  Pinch of salt  Pinch of pepper  💕Add the chicken to a bowl along with the chopped garlic, ginger, tikka seasoning, tikka paste and lemon juice. Combine well, before stirring through the yoghurt and food colouring if using.  💕Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for a minimum of one hour. 💕When ready to cook, cook the fries according to packet instructions.  💕Heat a large frying pan over medium to high heat before adding the chicken to the pan. Cook undisturbed for a couple of minutes before flipping to help brown the outside. Fry for 8-9 minutes until cooked through. 💕Make the sauce with the ingredients listed and set to one side.  💕Grill the naan according to packet instructions.  💕Build the bowl by adding the lettuce, onion, tomato and cucumber, followed by the fries. 💕Add the chicken pieces along with the naan. 💕Drizzle over the garlic sauce before serving.
